The maximum speed of the OE-254 without ice is 90 mph. This speed is determined by the design specifications of the equipment, which considers factors such as the capabilities of the vehicle's engine, aerodynamic efficiency, and structural integrity. The OE-254 has been engineered to operate effectively at high speeds while ensuring stability and performance, making the specified maximum speed of 90 mph suitable for its intended use in various conditions.

Higher speeds, such as those indicated by the other options, may not be achievable due to limitations in the vehicle's handling and safety features. Factors like weight distribution, tire specifications, and overall vehicle dynamics play a crucial role in determining a safe operational speed. Therefore, it's essential to adhere to the manufacturer's specifications to maintain optimal performance and safety when operating the OE-254.
